CPD – Liverpool – Project Value - £55k

When CPD was looking for new distribution premises in Liverpool they needed a cost-effective solution to provide heating and cooling to their new office facility.

SDH designed and installed a Mitsubishi Electric VRV air conditioning and Nuaire ventilation system to the office areas. SDH also installed all the plumbing works for the new toilets and kitchen facilities.

SDH now also provides an after-sales service and maintenance package to both this and other sites within the CPD/SIG group.

Law Society – Liverpool – Project Value - £35k

The Liverpool Law Society needed new premises and decided to relocate to the historical Cotton Exchange Building in the financial heart of Liverpool.

The age and nature of the building provided severe design and installation challenges.

SDH selected a Mitsubishi VRV system to provide comfort cooling to over 90 staff and delegates.

SDH now also provides a maintenance package to ensure the Law Society gets the optimum performance from their investment.

Canterbury Europe, Stockport – Project Value - £25k

Canterbury sports clothing needed a cooling and ventilation solution to their new UK product launch showroom located within their head offices at Houldsworth Mill in Stockport.

SDH designed and installed a Daikin heating, cooling and ventilation system to operate within the restrictive confines of a Grade II listed building.
